DO NOT APPLY OVER FRESHLY PAINTED SURFACE.  We suggest you wait several hours before applying to make sure the paint is fully dry.  If applying onto an unpainted surface we suggest sealing your surface first. \n \nClear background \n \nCan be cut apart to create a custom layout \n \nRub-On with a craft stick or any flat edge tool. \n \nAll of our transformations can be painted on top of them prior to sealing.
